You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds are available if you have not attended your coaching session or if the session was cancelled by us. If you have attended a session and received the service, refunds are not available.
To request a refund: (1) contact us within 14 days of purchase, (2) provide your booking details, (3) explain the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
By You: Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund or rebooking. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
By Us: If we cancel a session, we offer full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
For multi-session packages (e.g., Routine Blueprint Program): cancel before your first session for a full refund. After first session, remaining sessions may not be refunded but can be rescheduled or transferred.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 3–5 business days).
Promotional discounts, bundle offers, and digital materials are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
If you dispute a transaction or refund decision, contact us at info@lovelyuaenergy.world. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. You also have consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
No refunds for: (1) voluntary withdrawal after attending sessions, (2) sessions missed due to your circumstances, (3) failure to attend booked sessions, (4) partial attendance or late arrival.
